PokerLab Archive
Privacy policy
How the archive utility handles data and Google Drive access.
This policy applies to PokerLab Archive, the owner's private desktop archive workflow, and this informational website. It does not describe other Verdict Poker products.
Data accessed and used
The utility processes solver files selected by the operator and the information needed to store and verify them: filenames, sizes, content checksums, Drive object identifiers, and operational receipts. It also checks the connected Drive account's identifier and storage quota to verify the destination and available capacity.
Google OAuth access is restricted to drive.file: files created by the utility or explicitly opened or shared with it. The utility does not request general access to unrelated files in the Drive account.
Purpose and storage
Data is used to compress, store, retrieve, and verify solver archives. Selected data is handled on the operator's computer and solver server, and archive copies are stored in the connected Google Drive account. Local copies and verification receipts support restoration and retention decisions.
OAuth credentials are kept in the operator's local credential configuration. They are not embedded in archive containers or published on this website. This website does not receive the contents of the solver archives.
Sharing and other uses
Google Drive provides the remote archive storage. The operator's chosen server and website hosting providers supply the infrastructure for their respective functions. The archive workflow does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or send archive contents to a general-purpose AI model for training.
PokerLab Archive's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Retention, deletion, and revocation
The operator controls how long archive copies and receipts are retained. Removing a source copy is subject to a separately authorized procedure with integrity and retention checks. Revoking Google access does not automatically delete files already stored in Drive or existing local copies.
The operator can revoke the utility's access through Google Account connections, manage retained files in Google Drive, and remove locally retained files and credentials. Revocation stops future authorized access; previously saved copies must be managed separately.
Website requests
These informational pages do not include application analytics, advertising scripts, sign-in, or forms. The hosting provider may process ordinary request information, including IP addresses, for delivery, security, and operational logs.
